Somerville’s unique
Porchfest festival has rapidly become a local favorite. The festival usually hosts around 200 musical acts, who perform on the porches of buildings (and occasionally pour into the street). Musical genres range from punk and blues to Afrobeat and rock. Take your kids and dogs to the
Nunziato Field and Dog Park for a wonderful day out in the sun or snow. Whether you’re interested in playgrounds, skate parks, or ballfields, you can spend a lovely evening at
Lincoln Park.
