For an outdoor shopping experience, walk Newbury Street and Boylston Street for more boutiques, restaurants, and service-related shops. Grab a couple of candles from Noted Candles to bring a new, fresh aroma to your new home. Add some colorful foliage to your new interior with help from Micro Plant Studio

Start the morning off right with delectable french treats from Flour. Here you’ll find everything from flaky croissants to sticky buns; everything here goes great with that morning cup of coffee. For a luxurious, innovative dining experience, grab your reservation at O Ya, an acclaimed Japanese sushi restaurant. If you’re seeking a more relaxed setting and perhaps a few drinks, consider getting a table at Trillium Brewing Company. Undecided about what to eat? Head on over to Time Out Market, a diverse food court area with plenty of culinary options to choose from.

Things to Do

Greenway is a popular open market along the coast of Boston; here, you’ll enjoy its atmosphere and browsing the various vendors. If you want to fully soak in the beauty of the coast, visit Fort Independence. Having been a coastal stronghold during the Civil War, the area provides a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby, you can take the family over to the New England Aquarium and get close to some marine life.

The historic Boston Common area is a 50-acre park located in the center of Boston. This beautiful area is known for walking pathways, a carousel near the pond, an off-leash dog area. Overall, it’s a great place to hang out with family and friends. If you or someone in the family enjoys running (or long, long walks), consider participating in the Boston Marathon. Grab your foam finger and catch a ballgame at the historic Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox.
